Złota tytanowa zawieszka w formie podwójnego łańcuszka z drobnymi oczkami, dzięki której można dowolnie łączyć pary kolczyków, np. te na uchu czy dwa nostrile albo też założyć na jeden labret np. w przekłuciu conch tak, aby łańcuszek okalał chrząstkę.
