Spora, złota zawieszka w kształcie węża z wiszącym kryształkiem na jego końcu. Dostępna jest również w wersji na lewą stronę (kod produktu: ZWSPV48-BL). Najlepiej zda egzamin w połączeniu z prostym kółkiem w klasycznych przekłuciach płatków uszu. Wykonano ją z wysokiej jakości stali chirurgicznej 316L z powłoką PVD. Całkowita długość zawieszki: 35,5mm. Kółeczko przy zawieszce ma średnicę wewnętrzną ok. 2mm. Wiszący kryształek przy niej ma wymiar 8mm.
