Elegancka złota sztanga z błyszczącymi białymi kryształkami ułożonymi w symbolicznego lotusa. How to put on a barbell?
A barbell is an earring that consists of a bar that is screwed on both sides with (usually) round nuts. To prepare such an earring for insertion, it is sufficient to unscrew the nut on one side of the barbell. To attach the earring, simply pass the unscrewed bar through the piercing channel and twist the ball on the other end of the bar carefully.
