Titanium ASTM F136 is the highest quality medical-grade material. It is nickel-free, hypoallergenic and corrosion-resistant. How to put on a curved barbell?
It is an earring similar to a barbell, differing in that it is gently arched. It also consists of a rod and two nuts and is opened in a similar way to a barbell, by unscrewing the nut (usually a ball) on one side. The ornament is put through the piercing channel and the ball is tightened carefully.
